As a founder of clusterfck, my role is to provide strategic direction and leadership for our team. I am deeply committed to empowering our clients and helping them navigate the challenges of change. With a background in cross-functional marketing, product management, experience design and change management, I bring a wealth of expertise to our consultancy.

 

My vision for clusterfck is to continue pushing the boundaries of what effective change communication can achieve, fostering environments where employees feel empowered, valued, and motivated during times of transformation - from the inside out. Qunomedical is a venture-capital backed patient-first MedTech company based in Berlin. Founded by Dr. Sophie Chung in 2015, the company seeeks to revolutionize te conventional one-size-fits-all approach of global healthcare systems with its two Brands: Qunomedical - B2C marketplace helping more than 6.6k patients every onth to find the right high-quality treatment among a large portfolio of clinics and physicians on an international scale. Qunosuite is a PRM (Patient-Relationship-Management Software) that helps clinics, doctors and specialists streamline and optimise their patient journey from patient acquisition to retention.

  • Digitalized and automated end-to-end recruiting processes

  • Hired and established an inhouse product and tech team

  • Conceptualised and managed a scalable two-sided talent platform

  • Steered and managed an external tech agency and 3 inhouse developers

  • Managed and executed a backlog of diversified dev projects in an agile setup

  • Created UX and UI concepts including high-fidelity mockups

  • Established CI, product design concepts and branding for the platform brand

Within 3 months, I conceptualized, build and launched a talent marketplace for companies seeking pre-vetted candidates in finance and tech. The recruiting platform became a key driving force for an organisational and cultural shift within the company, enabling the transition from a traditional recruiting business to a highly scalable RecTech platform.
